GEORGETOWN COLLEGE: Week of Workouts to be held Jan.29.

Georgetown College recently issued the following announcement.

Join us for FREE fitness classes the week of January 28-February 1. This program is open to ages 18 and up. Admission is free and no registration is required. Participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating. Each class attended enters you into a drawing for some awesome fitness related prizes!

Class Schedule (all classes are at 7 p.m.)

Monday, January 28-Amy Evert Fitness (Body Weight Circuit)

Tuesday, January 29- Fitness Finally (Total Body Conditioning)

Wednesday, January 30- Fisticuffs (Strength, Balance, Stability)

Thursday, January 31- The Studio (Yoga for Beginners)

Friday, February 1- Jazzercise
