Census Bureau reports California population was 131 in 2017


California, Kentucky had a population of 131 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Kentucky Business Daily.

The median age was 33, with 44.3 percent of the total population being female and 55.7 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 4,424,376.

An agency of the U.S. Federal Statistical System, the Census Bureau is responsible for compiling statistical facts about the American people, places and economy.
